Return and Exchange Policy

 

*Eligibility:*
– Products are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– The item must be in the original packaging and must not be opened.

 

Return Process

 

1. *Initiate a Return:*
– Contact our customer service team at support@nuorra.co to initiate the return process.
– Please provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for return.

2. *Return Authorization:*
– Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
– Please note that returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

3. *Shipping:*
– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

 

Refunds

 

*Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.*

– If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
– Your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
